News and charged with two felony counts of possession of methamphetamine, a felony count of possession of narcotic drugs and two felony counts of bail jumping. According to court docs, Chelsea ultimately pleaded guilty to one charge of possession of methamphetamine, one count of resisting or obstructing an officer and one count of bail jumping and one originally sentenced to one year in jail.
