FOX 24 US Kiefer Sutherland is facing a new legal battle.  The 24 star was arrested on Jan. 12 after being accused of assaulting his ride-share driver in Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Police Department told NBC4 and TMZ.  Officers said they responded to a call after midnight about an alleged assault involving a ride-share driver in the Hollywood neighborhood of the city, per the outlets.
